It’s time for an intervention! But first, what is an intervention? At its root, an intervention is the disruption of patterned behavior for the greater good of the individual. After spending a LOT of time with over 100 landscape photographers last month, I saw many people who could use an intervention! In a way, I am jesting with a play on words here. In another sense, I am genuinely hoping this will help some people with their walk with Landscape photography.
The truth is we get stuck in our heads, barricaded in our ways, and many of us are too stubborn to see that our actions are not the most efficient. I am the pot calling the kettle black here. But over the years, I have developed some principles that have made landscape photography much more straightforward. These principles have led to MANY ah-ha moments.
With this intervention, we will tackle many topics to include, but not limited to:
1. The Right Gear
2. Camera Settings
3. Clothing Choices
4. Camera Modes
