In this Live Event, I will take you on a trip through Rocky Mountain National Park. I had no idea this National Park had SO much to offer or I would have gone a LONG time ago.
I would honestly rank Rocky Mountain National Park high in my top 5 favorite National Parks so far. It has so much to offer from Wildlife opportunities to Waterfalls, Streams, Fall Color, and incredible vistas that overlook the many beautiful spots in the park.
As with every trip, I had some struggles, but I overcame them and returned home with some incredible memories. I will share the in’s, out’s, good and bad with you. I think you are going to love this one!
F64X4 plate — clever. Tip from a friend on longer distance car remote opener — hold it upright under your chin. Don’t know if your head becomes a transmitting aerial, or what, but I often use it to double check truck is locked. One takeaway from this video is the importance of planning and equally important the value of spontaneous adjustment to that plan.
Definitely enjoyed your first take on RMNP. I lived nearby for many years and got to know the Park quite well. Don’t feel like you missed out on any spectacular scenes because as you know, sometimes it takes many visits to a location to really nail down the image you are seeking. I have two images in my portfolio that are crazy good that were shot up on the tundra. For me those two images convinced me that I could be an accomplished landscape photographer if I continued to foster my passion. With that said, I can really relate to anyone discussing their adventures and experiences in the Park.
Oh, and by the way, during the summer most of the elk actually hang out up at the tundra. One of the main reasons is they prefer those cooler temps that tend to diminish the number of biting insects.
Cheers!
You got me Blake, as an Aussie I was expecting Rocky Mountain National Park to be in CANADA, in the ROCKY MOUNTAINS!!! Crazy, eh?
